Q. What is Paleo?
A. Paleo is a lifestyle that eliminates soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, processed sugars and preservatives out of your diet. Paleo focuses on Whole Foods (Vegetables, fruits, tree nuts and meat). Following a Paleo lifestyle has been shown to reduce digestion issues, fatigue, inflammation and can help with weight loss.
Q. How do I place my order?
A. First make sure to look at order availability date located above the ORDER NOW button(Bold white lettering). Click the ORDER NOW button, select your individual meal options or package deals depending on your needs. Package deals have individual drop downs to select each individual meal as well. Select add to cart on each item and then select check out button. Choose from local store front pick up or delivery option. If selecting to use Apple/Google pay make sure to go to your cart and then check out before paying, otherwise our system automatically sets you up for delivery with a $3 delivery fee. To avoid this simply click add to cart and then click the check out button.
Q.When will your meals be ready?
A.If order is placed before 4pm Sunday, meals will be available for pick up starting that coming Tuesday during business hours (email will be sent out Monday night with all pick up times under special instructions). Deliveries start Monday night after 4pm(local residential delivery only) or Tuesday(business district) between 9:30-10:30am. If you have ordered after 4pm Sunday, your order wont be fulfilled til the following week as our menu changes weekly.
Q. What comes in each meal?
A. Each meal contains 4-6oz protein(before cooked), one to two sides depending on meal (see description of each meal). All meals are a single serving and may be considered two meals depending on your needs. We also offer Organic meats for an additional charge see drop down on each menu item for options.
Q. When, how and where do I pick up my meals?
A. Once you place your order you will receive a conformation email. Meals are cooked, cooled and packaged Monday. We will send an email Monday afternoon with all pick up times available (located in the email under special instructions) Meals can be picked up at our storefront located at 2139 McCulloch Blvd N. or delivered when set up in advance.
Q. How long will my meals last and can I freeze them?
A. Meals have a six day shelf life in your fridge. Each meal's label has the expiration date listed. Once frozen, each meal is good for approximately one to two months from freeze date. Our meals contain no preservatives so we recommend eating them as soon as possible.
Q. What happens if I forget to pick up my meals?
A. If you still happen to forget, we will freeze your items and you can pick them up the following week. We ask that you keep in contact with us and make arrangements before Thursday so we can get your meals to you ASAP.
Who we are
Paleo To Go is a local meal prep company located in the heart of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We offer a different menu weekly. Servicing the Lake Havasu city area and we provide a weekly delivery service to Kingman, Arizona. Our meals contain no soy, dairy, wheat, gluten, preservatives and are low sodium (vegetarian meals may contain dairy).
Convenience
Our meal prep service is fast and easy. We offer pre-ordering of meals starting Wednesday via text message, Facebook or Instagram and online (substitutions online can be handled after placing order). Phone or stop by our storefront to place orders Tuesday thru Friday. We are located at 2139 N. McCulloch Blvd. Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We also offer extra meals which are available weekly for pick up in our storefront.

Offering meals that change every week and our breakfast every two weeks we have a variety of options! We can also accommodate most your meal prep needs like low carb, whole 30, macro based(additional fee) and vegan/vegetarian.
