Q. What is Paleo?
A. Paleo is a dietary lifestyle that eliminates soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, processed sugars and preservatives out of your diet. Paleo focuses on Whole Foods (Vegetables, fruits, tree nuts and meat). Following a Paleo lifestyle has been shown to reduce digestion issues, fatigue, inflammation and can help with weight loss.
Q. Are meals Gluten free?
A. Majority of our meals are gluten free. Gluten free meals are labeled with a (GF) symbol and noted in each meal description. If unsure about an item please contact us before ordering, as we do meal prep some items containing gluten in the same facility. We package each menu item separately and sanitize food prep table after each meal is packaged.
Q. How do I place my order?
A. Simply click the ORDER NOW button on the home page, then select your individual meal options depending on your needs and add to cart. Select add to cart on each item and then select check out button. Choose from local pick up or local delivery option. If selecting to use Apple/Google pay make sure to go to your cart and then check out before paying, otherwise our system automatically sets you up for delivery with a $4 delivery fee. To avoid this simply click add to cart and then click the check out button.
Q.When will your meals be ready?
A.If order is placed before 11am Sunday, meals will be available for pick up starting Monday during business hours (email will be sent out Sunday night with all pick up times under special instructions). Deliveries start Monday afternoon between 3pm-6pm(local residential delivery only) or Tuesday(local business district)between 9:30-10:30am. Kingman, Topock, Bullhead/Ft. Mohave deliveries start Tuesday afternoon(will contact you with delivery schedule). If you have ordered after 11am Sunday, your order will not be fulfilled til the following week as our menu changes weekly.
Q. What comes in each meal?
A. Each meal contains 4-6oz protein(before cooked), one to two sides depending on meal (see description of each meal). All meals are a single serving and may be considered two meals depending on your needs. We also offer Organic meats for an additional charge see drop down on each menu item for options.
Q. When, how and where do I pick up my meals?
A. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Meals are cooked, cooled and packaged Monday. We will send an email Monday afternoon with all pick up times available (located in the email under special instructions) Meals can be picked up at our storefront located at 2139 McCulloch Blvd N. or delivered when set up in advance.
Q. How long will my meals last and can I freeze them?
A. Our meals stay fresh for up to 6 days when kept in fridge. Meals are cooked fresh on Monday and are good thru Sunday. Each meal label has the expiration date listed for your safety. Once frozen, each meal is good for approximately one to two months from date frozen. Our meals contain no preservatives so we recommend eating them as soon as possible.
Q. What happens if I forget to pick up my meals?
A. If you still happen to forget, we will freeze your items and you can pick them up the following week. We ask that you keep in contact with us and make arrangements before Thursday so we can get your meals to you ASAP.

Paleo To Go is a local meal prep company located in the heart of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We offer a different menu every week, containing multiple breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Our meals contain no soy, dairy, wheat, gluten, preservatives, refined sugar and are low sodium (unless noted as non paleo or vegetarian). We provide delivery services to the tristate area including Kingman, Bullhead/Ft. Mohave and Topock.

We do it all and meals can be pre ordered as late as 11am Sunday for Monday night residential delivery or In store pick up Tuesday. We are located at 2139 N. McCulloch Blvd. Lake Havasu City, Arizona. and also offer extra meals which are available weekly for pick up in our storefront.
