Q. What is Paleo?
A. Paleo is a lifestyle that eliminates soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, processed sugars and preservatives out of your diet. Paleo focuses on Whole Foods (Vegetables, fruits, tree nuts and meat). Following a Paleo lifestyle has been shown to reduce digestion issues, fatigue, inflammation and can help with weight loss.
Q. How do I place my order?
A. Click on weekly menu, select your menu options or package deals and check out. If wanting a delivery select local delivery(no shipping just yet) and we will schedule a time for monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.
Q. What comes in each meal?
A. Each meal contains 4-6oz protein, one to two sides depending on meal (see description of each meal). All meals are a single serving and may be considered two meals depending on your needs. We also offer Organic meats for an additional charge. Chicken and ground beef is an additional $3.00 per meal, steak is $5.00 per meal.
Q. When, how and where do I pick up my meals?
A. Once you place your order meals are cooked and packaged on Monday. Meals are available for pick up starting Tuesday from 11:00am til 6pm, Wednesday-11-4pm or Thursday 11-3pm. Meals can be picked up at our storefront located at 2139 McCulloch Blvd N. or delivered when set up in advance.
Q. How long will my meals last and can I freeze them?
A. Meals have a six day shelf life in your fridge. Each meal's label has the expiration date listed. Once frozen, each meal is good for approximately one month from freeze date. Our meals contain no preservatives so we recommend eating them as soon as possible.
Q. What happens if I forget to pick up my meals?
A. We send a reminder out Thursday to pick up meals. If you still happen to forget, we will freeze your items and you can pick them up the following week. We ask that you keep in contact with us and make arrangements by Thursday so we can get your meals to you ASAP.
Who we are
Paleo To Go is a local meal prep company located in the heart of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We offer eight different meals every week, which includes five different lunches/dinners, two breakfast and one vegetarian/vegan meal. Servicing the Lake Havasu city area and we provide a weekly delivery service to Kingman, Arizona. Our meals contain no soy, dairy, wheat, gluten, preservatives and are low sodium (vegetarian meals may contain dairy).
Convenience
Our meal prep service is fast and easy. We offer pre-ordering of meals starting Wednesday via text message, Facebook or Instagram and online (substitutions online can be handled after placing order). Phone or stop by our storefront to place orders Tuesday thru Thursday. We are located at 2139 N. McCulloch Blvd. Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We also offer extra meals which are available weekly for pick up in our storefront.
Variety
Offering meals that change every week and our breakfast every two weeks we have a variety of options! We can also accommodate most your meal prep needs like low carb, whole 30, macro based(additional fee) and vegan/vegetarian.
